Dried Whole Moringa Leaf


Dry moringa leaf is an excellent substitute for the fresh. It can be used in just about any way that fresh can be used.
Add to salads, soups, or your your favorite chicken, fish or shrimp dishes at the end of the  cooking cycle. It also makes an excellent hot or cold TEA.  Don’t forget to eat the leaves.


Note to all the Chefs out there:

I have noticed that the dry leaf goes well with just about any vegetable dish. I like a vegetable medley of Italian squash, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic and carrot.  Adding a little moringa leaf boosts the nutrition and presentation in just about anything.
